Replaced the screen on iPad mini 4 it works until I close it up.

What do you think is wrong with my iPad mini 4, I replaced the screen and it all works up until the actually thing is literally together then the screen flickers black but it’s defiantly still on. I can hear it flicker etc anyone got any ideas?
