The robot gets stuck in the startup routine.

hi everyone,
As usual, when I initiate a cleaning cycle, the robot starts moving away from the base. However, after several attempts, the motor begins to spin more forcefully and then abruptly decreases in speed. At a certain point, the robot displays an error message 3000.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  1. Cleaning the LIDAR sensors.
  2. Performing a system reset.
  3. Deleting the existing map and attempting to create a new one.
  4. Ensuring that the head with lasers is free and not obstructed.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am uncertain about the next steps to take.

If anyone in the community has encountered a similar issue or has expertise with Neato robot vacuums, I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations on how to address this problem.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

The same in english for others ....

After complete internal cleaning (complete disassembly, removal of dust aggreged in the gears; wheel motors, main brush motor, changing the 2 belts, cleaning all connectors with F2) the D7 is functional again (and much less noisy) . I have 2 ideas : either the start-up procedure detects excessive current due to dirty motors and moving parts, or the Lidar was rotating randomly because the belt (glossy and stretched) was slipping. I have a preference for the second hypothesis which only requires the removal of the main cover, the Lidar then being easily accessible. This robot was purchased in 2019, so Pitstop after 4 years...

Please note, this complete disassembly and reassembly operation requires some experience in this stuff, and some time...

Tools: T8, T10 and T15, PZ1. There are plenty video tutorials available.

By the way, NEATO no longer exists, was bought by "Worwerk", now providing maintenance and spare parts.
