Trying to replace a battery on an Apple Watch series 6 40mm. Tried numerous Amazon batteries before going with the "proven" iFixit battery. All have been stuck at 0% charge, have tried doing the reset by holding down both buttons but nothing has worked. Original Apple charger and everything is doing nothing. Anything I can try?

I think you might want to try moving the BMS board from the origanal watch battery to the new one. This could be because the watch battery is calibrated to the original battery. It may be another issue, but just making sure, does it charge? If it does not, it may be a connecor issue or something else.
