What I already tried :
Changing the cmos battery Changing the thermal paste
Deep cleaning the ps3
Changing the hard drive
Rebuilding system data
Is it maybe because the disc drive wont take disks but I don't think that is the problem because i never use it
What do you suggest?

Try resetting the video signal. Press and hold the power until it shuts off. Press and hold it again until you hear two beeps. Im guessing you have tried different HDMI cables and another display. If the resolution that the previous owner has set doesn't work with your TV it will do this.

It sadly didn’t work
@adamkorkorki at this point if it didn’t work after you tried all that, just take it to a good repair shop
