TIA My Ipad Pro just stopped working one day. I have tried to restore it using a computer. On a windows computer I receive the error codes of 2009 and 5. When i try to restore it on a Mac I receive error code 21. Is there any way I can safe this IPad. I did not have any problems with it at all. It had great battery life. I have no need for anything newer.

What is the main problem you faced before restoring?
Like Hang on logo or restart on logo or stuck on dfu.

So one morning it just didnt turn on. It either goes into dfu mode or recovery mode. When I try to update and restore on a computer it downloads the software, extracts it, then tries the rest of the process where apple logo appears and then I get one of the three error codes 5, 21 or 2009. I contacted apple and they did not have an answer.
Try different pc once
