High voltage in my pcu

I dropped a screw in my ps3 CECHG03 PCU model APS-231,The screw has melted and part th1 01 whish is thermal fuse I think is broken. Can somebody tell if the main board of the ps3 could be damaged because when i plugged the console in and flipped the switch i saw one spark an nothing else - no response.
Pls help.
