@noorhumdan it can only be done by nand reprogramming, its not something you can do without a programmer

NO, IT CANNOT BE DONE. Apple ties the AL to the S/N, which is remotely checked against the device on the cloud. The only way to remove AL is to do a POP removal or sign into the associated Apple ID.

Please indicate what exactly you are trying to accomplish and what you mean by "Activation lock", are you referring to the pin/passcode/password to open the device or a phone carrier lock for mobile service data plans?
