Screen replacement of Pixel 7 pro Japanese Version

Im having black spot dead pixels on my Pixel 7 pro phone  which are spreading. I contact the google repair center on Singapore and they said since my phone is a japanese version they cant repair or replace the screen due to compatibility issues.

my question are if i try to replace the screen my self,

1. what should i order?

2. is there any specific screen replacement parts only for Japanese models which cannot be used for other models?
