If what Jadon has suggested doesn't work, it may be because the headphones internal wires that connect the noise cancelling to the 'on, off' switch have been damaged, so my question is: Which side is the control switch on? Is it the same side as the one that doesn't work?
@albanocallaghan - Have you tried cleaning the microphones used for noise cancelation?
