Raspberry Pi 3B+: USB and Ethernet not working

Hi iFixers :) I have a Raspberry Pi 3B+ board that is fully working except for the USB and Ethernet ports. I'd appreciate any hints on what chip controls those ports and whether it can be replaced 🙏

Found it. It's the LAN7515 C000 chip. Now the only question I have is whether this chip also provides an HDMI signal or only USB and Ethernet.
