Nintendo switch lite screen keeps turning on.

Hi,

I have a question and I hope someone made ght have the answer/guide me in how to fix it.

My switch lite screen keeps turning on by itself not only that but it also opens itself up to the main screen and opens one of the games on the home screen. To be more specific it always skips the first application and goes to the second option and open step one. Any clue why this is happening?
