Apparent rapid power draw

iPhone XS was showing 80% battery health a few weeks before it stopped charging or powering on. Attempted battery and lightning port replacement but now screen just shows apple logo before flashing and then going back to the apple logo. It still wont charge, wondering what would be the likely failure? Im assuming a component has failed causing an overdraw on the battery.

Try powering the phone on without the ear speaker flex connected. When there's an issue with that component, it can cause the device to boot loop.
