Corrupt EEPROM error (red light). How do Ifixit?

Yesterday, I came here to ask what the red light was all about. After further research, I come here to ask what the EEPROM is all about. It looks like the flashing red light means that there's a critical problem with something called the 'EEPROM'. I think it's the BIOS but I'm not too sure. My model is K 4034 R4. If I need to buy a tool, can that tool be used on other things?

P.S., I don't have the tools to do micro-soldering.

If your EEPROM is in fact corrupted, it'll take more than just soldering tools to fix it. I recommend finding a reputable modder/repairman. A problem like this isn't easy to diagnose via text, really requires hands on.
