Please I have an issue with my Samsung Galaxy A50, there's no sound output, can't make calls because we don't get to hear each other, but I can only hear music and notification sound when I get connected to my earpod. I can't make WhatsApp calls and voicenote too. how can this be solved? Someone said it's an Audio IC problem is that true?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if the speaker works OK.
If it does then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit.
If the loudspeaker doesn't work in safe mode try dialing the phone's "Test Menu" code and check if the speaker is OK.
If the speaker is faulty it will have to be replaced. Here's a video that may help. Search online for 3001-002856 to find speaker suppliers that suit you best.
