I have iPod Nano 3rd, I haven't used since a while, I have an issue from windows 10 that does not recognized from iTunes, I installed from apple website with non-microsoft store, I have 30-pin cable, how can I resolve the issue to transfer new music, and remove music from their previeus owner?
