Why does my 3DS Flash a White Screen for a Split Second?

Okay, so when I power on the 3DS, it clicks and shows a White Screen for a Split Second. So do any of you guys know what's causing it?

does it still power on and work normally?

Hi!

I know when this happens with an DS Lite or DSi, the (screen) ribbon cable isn't deep enough in the connector on the motherboard. Please check both connectors and put them all the way, deep enough in, then it should boot fine again.
