My TV s display is not working but other things are

My Q60AA was in boot loop. Solve that with tape on the ribbon. Now I have backlight on, sound working (I hear the sound when booting), responding to the remote (backlight changing when switch channels, but the screen is dark blue, no sign of image. Tried to replace the main board but nothing changed.

Measuring the voltage on screen driver test points I have just a few with 1,8v and one 3v.

Anyone have an idea where to look again?

If your really sure it's working, Its pretty simple. You have to replace your TV screen.
