If you want this repaired, your going to have to replace the screen entirly. Sorry. The ribbon cable for the screen is probably busted.

black dots doesn't define the problem very well. My sister had a black "dot" that kept growing. Obvious screen problem.
Some black dots can be from inactive/dying pixels (small). There are websites and programs that will excercise the screen and MIGHT revive those spots. Otherwise, it is a screen replacement fix.
