Currently when I play these two EA games “EA FC24 & FIFA 23”, my ps5 just goes off. It doesn’t happen with any other game. I’ve searched online and haven’t found a solution. I keep seeing suggestions like “turn off hdmi link, clean out the dust in the fan, change the power cable, reinstall the games” I’ve done these things and it still doesn’t fix my problem. Please if you have any idea what the issue is, help me out.

In my experience issues with particular games can indicate disk reader issues. Especially with older Playstation games. If you are able to download a digital copy of these games do so and see if the problem prosists.
If the games in question are downloaded rather than psyhical media ypu could be experiencing thermal issues I'd certainly look into the fans and heatsink.
There's a chance it needs new liquid metal thermal compound on the apu, which is risky if you don't know what you're doing, as liquid metal is conductive and if it gets anywhere it shouldn't be it has the potential to brick a system.
A factory reset of the ps5 could solve the problem aswell.
If all else fails support your local or mail-in repair shops they will most likely be equipped to diagnose and handle the issue.

Hi! So, only with those 2 games? How weird. Did you asked the EA customer services? Everything is completely up to date I presume? And, does it like completely turn off? Or going back to sleep mode?
