Ps vita keep restarting

So my ps vita keeps restarting and it gives me a error message, the error message says:

“A problem occurred the last time this system was used, and it did not power off correctly”

I did not restart the vita, the vita restarted itself.

Model: pch-1100

I did try to replace the memory card, rebuild the database, and opened up the vita but it still have the same problem.
