I changed my screen and now no power and wont charge or anything ...

I replaced my screen with a new frame and lcd...once i got everything back together, it wont turn on or charge or do anything really. How would i know if i messed up the fingerprint/power button cable? it is all connected and everything, nothing looks broken or disconnected. I just don't know what I could have done...please help.
