New whirlpool washer does not advance from wash cycle

Whirlpool WTW4850HW3? I installed one last week and the lady has called 3 times saying it doesn't advance. I've reset it, recalibrated it, leveled it, etc... She said she uses a lot of soap...

I can't find anything wrong with it. It is new, uncrated it at her apartment.
