Why is my airdrop not working

Most times if I should airdrop a file to another iPhone device, its always shows failed

We might need a bit more info to help so excuse all my questions. Do you have any issues normally with either WiFi or Bluetooth? At what point does it fail? Is there any more to the error message? Any additional information you can provide could be useful.

I don’t have issue with both WI-FI and Bluetooth. Also, the file always failed when it’s about to enter the device

Go into settings, sharing and allow bluetooth file sharing, and any other file sharing method. Give that a try.
