- Turn off the computer completely
- Try swapping the RAM then turn it On
- If there is no response from the previous step the locate and pullout the CMOS battery for 30 Sec
- Repeat step 3 until BIOS is reset

If the PC powers on automatically every time you plug it in, go into BIOS > Power Settings and disable “AC Power Recovery / Restore on AC Loss”.
