motor hums but the blades do not spin

I have the same problem with my ceiling fan. I changed out the capacitor with a new one but did not work. The motor hums but the blades do not spin, but the lights still work. Any other recommendations? Thank you.

@oscare23888 you replaced the capacitor and it still hums? Did you make sure all wires are correct? And have good connection?
