My laptop freezes while gaming

My laptop freezes while gaming. The only way to get it un-frozen is to turn off laptop by pressing the start button for 15s. Even the keyboard and mouse all freezes with it. What is the solution for this?

Hey there, what games are you trying to play? Does the laptop freeze immediately after starting the game, or is it after a period of time?
