If you got this new in 2019 it is likely the battery is now bad. As suggested by Hampter try an adapter that you know is good on a known good outlet with a known good cable. The manufacturer's is what you should be using for that but in any case one that supplies at least the same as the one it came with. A new battery is probably what you need but check the other stuff first.
Is it decreasing when charging only when your using it?
Try a different charger, definetly another charging brick, and a drifferent outlet.
How fast odes it decrease when using it and is it faster/slower/same discharge when not charging
