My phone has yellowed pixels around the border

Hello. So I had a problem with the charging port at first and I thought i should dunk the phone in 95% alcohol. When I did that I stuck a toothpick and got the hair out. After a day the borders of the screen have turned yellowish and charging only works with huawei fast charger. I'm more concerned about the screen so do you know how to fix this or I have to replace the screen?
