Green, Blue, White moving vertical lines QN85Q80AAFXZA

TV was donated to me recently. Not sure what exactly happened. In an attempt to save it from the land fill, I replaced the power board, main board, and the LED controller. When it came in, nothing happened. Now I can only get it to display these moving glowy vertical lines. Audio comes out normal. Any ideas?

COF IC looks clean and healthy to me. Just rather puzzled.
