keep turning off over and over again

Hi, It's been about a month since I handed over my Xiaomi 12 phone to specialized repair and the problem was resetting and turning off, and the repairman said it's a hardware issue and started reballing the IC with stencil, but the problem not solved yet, i realy confused what's the issue, Has anyone faced similar problem?
