Com and lpt port not working

My laptop doesn't shows com and lpt in device manager... So i can't conect iot devices... I try many drivers to instal manualy.. Its doesn't works.. And i try to install drivers using device manager its installed but showing yellow sign.. Pls help me to solve this..
