iPad 10 won’t charge

There’s quite a few potential causes here.

Firstly I would check the supply to the iPad (plug & cable output) by using an alternative cable and/or supply.

Secondly I would check the charge port for obstruction/dirt/fluff build up, you can web search how to clean charge port for your device.

Having done the above fault finding and having no change, then there is the possibility that the battery is unable to take charge anymore, or if the battery is believed to be still in a good condition, then you may have a charging circuit fault that will require repair shop diagnosis and replacement of faulty IC/‘s
