My device is overheating and battery is draining fast

I had an old gmail account that apparently got ratted connect to everything I signed into idk I went from android to iOS thinking better security lol I thought I cleaned my gmails no hackers I signed into idk on my iPhone it took them a few weeks but they got in and took my iCloud t had legal identifying papers logs traces files screenshots screen recording gone I am having too many issues recovering no product is safe they were in my smart tv and my WiFi hub good they couldn’t be detected as foreign objects but what does this mean can you give me to finally cut them off besides delete you google and get a new phone this iPhone is 1 month

see if you can access your icloud from here https://www.icloud.com/ , if they have changed the password you could try resetting it. other than that take it to an apple store with proof of purchase and that you are the owner of the phone and explain it to them to see what they can do

Yeah I’ve been round round with apple with cell /wifi service they got in my hub and they literally living in my phone like my shadow I can’t get them out I have many outgoing calls I catch that I am not making I was wondering why I have time gaps in call log and text logs but no one is believing me like I’m just mentally unstable maybe they have less abilities to control iOS and apple but I can almost garuntee they are rooted in here this ios18 i wish I could just get the physical proof that someone believes me everything I had in my gmail drives well nog everything but the most important incriminating identitifying information i am not a computer person but i read $@$* their GitHub forum and used against them to kick out of my phone 1 time they knew I had all that info and put another portal and became administrator and I.T. I had no control to my phone I owned unlocked and I really get tired of the keyboard have to keep retyping words after I’m going on

Well I am not sure why I was un enrolled my acct is or shows it is deleted but it let me sign in somehow some tried or is trying to delete me from here I seriously need advice or help I 100% found the root and date installed in the data analyst but apple didn’t see it or is lying to me they didn’t see it idk this is the craziest thing I have ever been through like all these codes are too much for my old tired eyes to

Be looking at but the proof is in the pudding as they say black and white so now they can delete everything if they want lol apple has the proof but 2 day wait period to gather information I’m on the fence if they can actually get it back in touched and not empty whoever had it for 4 days before I could half way convince that was my real account because it was deleted as in no longer exists but thanks for that share I spent multiple hrs of my life since Friday going in circles hope you are having a wonderful merry Christmas and have a happy new year I’m out back to my misc

@rachelpatillo change your icloud password and reset the phone

Yeah we did that and apple put a lock on it cause it was changed again after I changed it in the remote support so now it’s locked for 2 days
