Any idea where to buy Mx 3s mother board i have to replace it

Contact Logitech support for your country, they may simply replace the mouse for you free of charge. They will want the old one returned. I've done this for two mice.

Are you talking about under warranty mices ?
Because mine is not under warranty, all they can provide me is 20% coupon
Mine is out of warranty too, and I'm in KSA, no service available. Is there a motherboard replacement kit? Considering this mouse is too expensive, it should be repairable and have spare parts!
Highlights: They don't sell parts, and generally they do not repair, they only replace. Hence my original answer to this question.
Logitech will replace inside wty time, often 'no questions asked'. Logitech often have unofficial grace periods, just ask them what options you have available. Logitech do not provide kits or parts, as it's not aligned with the company's ambitions.
Despite what you may feel, peripherals such as Mouse are considered *disposable* technology. They are not designed to last so long that you will hand them down to your son/daughter, who will pass it to their offspring. These things are designed to last as long as you take care of it, then you either toss it or attempt to repair it yourself. Disposable technology such as this comes with it's own caveats for diy repairing. There is no kit or mb replacement to simply drop in and go. This applies to all technologies that match this description. DIY repair is rewarding, but you need to be realistic about what you are capable of.

@ruggb I guess @mostafayehia got the well-known motherboard issue, where the mice is not responding suddenly

i haven't heard about that issue. So far my 3s stops responding when the battery is exhausted.
