Why isinnt my laptop turning on.

I have a 12.5-Inch Razer blade stealth from 2016, I opened my laptop a while ago to find out what was making a bad revving noise, so I disconnected the speakers and cleaned out the fans. Still, when I tried to turn the laptop back on, it wouldn't boot, I have been trying for months in every troubleshooting way possible to get my laptop to boot, but no forums had the same problem, so they didn't help me, Thank you.
