Why is my car not starting nor even crankin

My car can't crank nor start since it lost its check engine light. When put in a machine it has no code. I've bought another ECU still no results. What should I do?? Anyone please?

Did you check fuses?

Is battery fully charged? > do headlight burn at full brightness?

When you try to start it do headlights dim or maybe go out?

Do you hear anything when you try to start - like clicks?
