Phone only boots to recovery after bootlooping

Hi, Today i was using my phone watching tiktok and suddenly it just shutoff i tried to turn it on boot it was bootlooping on the apple logo. I tried to update through itunes but said unknown error 4013. Then i tried to erase the phone but still the same error. And now it just boots to recovery.
