on the logic board where the sticker do not remove what is the brass connector fixed on the board which touches the bezel for cheers

supposedly it's a ground for your antenna to improve signal quality or a link to the bezel which forms part of the antenna. Damage to this area, or loss of that piece makes signal strength drop or disappear. However, there are plenty of people who say this isn't the case and their phone works without it. Personally I've had a few repairs over the last few years where that part has fallen off and signal strength was poor. The main part of the antenna is a big orange sticker on the back of the dock, absence of the prong shouldn't make your signal disappear altogether. Which ever answer is correct, Apple put the thing on there so I put it back when I find it has fallen off.

cheers thought this might have had something to do with mine not charging
nope. I'd look in the dock connector for that issue. Dirt covering pins where the USB connects, a poor USB cord, old battery, poor contact from the logicboard to the battery (ie the screw under the sticker) connector 4 is loose. Nothing to do with the funny prong. ps..only had a few issues with ebay and I order from hong kong all the time. I live in the UK and have not bought from this site but they test everything before selling so you should be in good hands.
yes ive has 2 digitizer screens that have both been tested before sending and dont work
