Can you take a pic of the "technical screen"? Or describe it in a bit more detail? If there are words, then those will likely be helpful.
It feels unlikely that there will be personal data in any words displayed on this screen, but if there are, do not share those here! I would guess that they would be very general though, and would not contain personal information.
