Where is the bios chip in Surface Pro 7?

I was updating the bios of my Surface Pro 7 and it turned off. Since then, I can't enter UEFI or recovery mode. The Surface logo blinks for about a second or blinks once and the screen doesn't turn on, and it just gets hot. So I thought the bios was damaged and wanted to replace the chip, but I don't know the location or name of the bios chip. Please help me!!!
