Hi, this device will not charge properly, when plugged in with a brand new battery, the device will show the orange charging indicator, after unplugging the charger the orange charging indicator stays on. The device will NOT turn on. I have already tried 2 different chargers, the battery is brand new.

Hi!
Did you had the same with original battery? If not, it could be that the replacement battery is faulty.
I would try a new one first and see how that goes.
If the same issue is happening again, then you might want to check the motherboard.. Also please check the fuses which are labeled with "F" on the motherboard with a multimeter.

Hey, the problem seems to have worsened now, I haven’t checked it with a multimeter yet cuz i didn’t but it yet, but when plugged in, the orange charging light shows up for 5 seconds then goes away. I’ve tried two different chargers and two batteries, any help would be appreciated.
Okay, when you tried multiple batteries and the same issue ocur, it's motherboard related. I would check the fuses first. How are the battery pins?
