Black bars covering the taskbar when in 144 hz
Black bars covering the taskbar when in 144 hz but when is switch from 144hz to 120hz or 100 hz or any hz lower the black bars dissappear please help me

Chances are you're trying to drive the monitor at a higher frequency than it can support.
