I'm afraid we're going to need more information to be able to help. What year is your truck? Where is the fuse you want to replace located? Do you know what it's function is?

80amp auto fuses can be plugin or screwed down. Therein lies the anser to your question. Either pull it out and push the new one in, or loosen and or remove a couple screws to remove it, then replace and resecure the new one. The screws will be obvious on the ends of the fuse
