Hi!
You need to login to Microsoft and register the product to get the “master key”.

If you can’t register the Xbox, then please contact Microsoft Xbox Support so that they can unlink it, so that you can register it again.
This key is different for every Xbox 360.
This is the only way to reset the pin code and the secret question!
