Why is it that, the phone always freeze
Whenever the phone freezes nothing works and I have to wait till the battery drains and the phone dies before it comes to normal

I am going to try and help you solve this today!
What is the Brand and Model of the phone?
How often does this happen?
Does it happen always with the same app?
If you restart the phone how long before the issue comes back?
What is your system storage ratio (how much free space and how much space total?
Do you have an apps on this phone that aren`t from the market place?
Is the phone on the latest firmware?
Do you have any open services that aren`t being used? (BT,WIFI, TETHER, Hotspot etc)
Answer these questions for me and we should be able to narrow it down.
