Hi!
Stick drift can be solved by replacing the joystick!

Left side: DualShock 4 Left Analog Stick Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide
Right side: DualShock 4 Right Analog Stick Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide
Be aware that soldering is required to get it fixed, so it won't be easy...
