Hi,
In the video of a tear-down HERE, it looks like you just twist it to release it. There's not a guide here for this device so maybe while you work on it you can take photos and make such a guide to help other folks with the same problem? It's easy and a great way to support Right to repair and the environment!
If that doesn't help, holler and I'll try to do better for you, or if you run into problems at some point just post again with pictures to illustrate if needful (often helps) and someone will be happy to help you.
