The only way to fix the HDMI port is by desoldering it and soldering in a new one. It requires some pretty specific tools and the board for the Series X is very thick so it takes a lot of patience and experience to get it right. If you don't have soldering experience, I would recommend taking it to a reputable repair shop. Not everyone does this kind of work, but most places will know where to send you if they don't do it in house.
