Device not powering on, after some basic trouble shooting.

This was a laptop my cousins gave to me as it doesn't turn on even after being charged even if holding the power button for 2 minutes for the force boot and I wondering how should I properly troubleshoot the laptop. (there is no need for this laptop to work I just wanted to practice more for fixing things myself.)
