Ps Vita USB C mod, no continuity

I’m currently putting a PSVITA USB C mod on a Vita 1000.

Im getting continuity in 1/3 fuses. I’ve checked all the fuses and they’re good but im not sure why they aren’t connecting to the port?

I’ve tried redoing it several times and I get the same issue every time.
